There are two ways for anyone to access your site:
(When you view your site, if you do not see any information related to your
site, you will need to input the information for your customers to
view. Please see below).

Logging into the administration area will allow you to create and change your
site

Once you have signed-up and paid for your website you will be able to log into
the administration center.

This administration center is available on any day and any time of day or
night.

On the bottom footer of most pages, click the link that says "user log in".

Use your personal email address
that you used to create the website and type that into the email address
textbox.

key. Usually located on the far-left-hand side of your keyboard, under the
"tab" key. You may have changed it since you signed up.

since you signed up. **Many times using the numbers above the alphabetical
letters works better.

Adding (and changing) text for your site allows you to tell your clients
anything about your site that you would like them to know. You can change this
text as often as you wish.

Type in the text you would like to add into the 2 textboxes.

The top textbox is for a short note to your customers that will appear at the
top of the page when they view your site. (This might be a good place to add
specials and event notifications)

The bottom textbox allows up to 1000 characters and will let you tell people
about your site.

If you use internet explorer you will also be able to change the font, size,
and color of any text you add.

Do not add any of these design items if you are going to use firefox or a mac
computer to edit your site. Those browsers do not allow this advanced editing.
Adding those design items could cause problems to the firefox or mac browsers,
later.

You can optionally add up to 4 pictures of your own to your site!

To add or change a picture, just use the browse button provided for each
picture. This will allow you to find the picture that is already on your
computer

After you have selected your pictures, click the "add pictures" button on the
bottom of the page.

Now, wait. And this could be a long time.
Depending on the size of your pictures and the quickness of your connection,
this could take a long time. I allow you to add a picture that could be up to
500 mg in size. This picture will then automatically be resized into the size
we need for the site.

All pictures must be in a web-based format. These types include *.jpg's,
*.gif's, and *.img

The specifications you can add and change include braiding styles,
hours of operation, and other options.

Of course the most important part of your business is your clients
and we would like to assist you in serving them.
To add clients you need permission from them. Therefore, you
should get their permission to be included in your mailing lists before you add
them.

We will never contact any of your clients for any reason.

We will never give any of your customer's information out to any 3rd parties
for any reason

We request that you use the utmost care when emailing your clients. It is
possible to loose a customer from unsolicited emails.

If your customers change their email address or other information you can
assist them in making those necessary changes. (They also have this same page

Having access to your clients is easy.

Of course, to email your customers, choose the customer(s) you would like to
email.
Next, fill in the subject and message fields with what you would like to notify
them of.
Push the "send email" button and those customers have been emailed.

Every year or so you will want to renew your site.

If your site has expired, your customers will not have access to the site.

If you renew your site, the time is tacked onto the ending date from the
previous year and you will not loose any days you have already paid for, even
if your renew early.
